Children
Just like adults, children can experience emotional distress and mood disorders that impact their daily lives. These struggles often appear as behavioral changes or challenges, which may be misunderstood or overlooked. In many cases, children are quietly trying to cope with overwhelming stress, anxiety, or emotional pain. With the right support—such as child-centered therapy or counseling—children can gain the tools they need to process their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and thrive emotionally and socially.

Adolescents/Teenagers
Adolescents face unique challenges that differ from those of adults, often requiring a specialized approach to therapy. Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental space where they can express themselves openly and feel truly heard. Adolescent counseling can support overall mental health, improve daily functioning, and strengthen relationships at home, school, and with peers. Involving teens in their own therapeutic journey empowers them to build coping skills, develop emotional insight, and foster a sense of independence.

Adults
Therapy isn’t just for people in crisis—it’s for anyone ready to feel lighter, clearer, and more in control.
Here in Midland, many individuals are realizing that taking care of their mental health is not only brave—it’s necessary. Yet, too often, stigma prevents people from reaching out, and suppressing emotions can quietly chip away at emotional, mental, and even physical well-being.
I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can begin the journey toward healing. Therapy provides an opportunity to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe environment. Working together, we’ll uncover what’s been holding you back, develop healthy coping strategies, and set realistic goals that bring clarity and balance to your life.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck—personalized therapy can help you move forward with confidence and purpose.

LPC, LCDC & CCTP
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) based in Midland, Texas, with nearly a decade of experience providing therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Community, Family, and Addiction Services from Texas Tech University and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges. My experience in addiction counseling deepened my understanding of substance use disorders and the complex recovery process. I’ve also worked extensively with children and teens who have experienced trauma or abuse, using trauma-informed therapy to support their emotional healing. In addition, I’ve helped clients navigate relationship and family issues, work-related stress, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, and general emotional distress.
People often ask why I chose to become a therapist—and the answer is simple: I genuinely love what I do. There’s nothing more fulfilling than watching clients experience real growth and transformation. I believe that positive change is always possible, and I’m passionate about walking alongside my clients as they work toward the lives they want and deserve.
